SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are usually accepted or declined between 1-3 business days from the day the order is placed. It then takes usually between 14-20 business days to handmade the product and ship it. (Expected arrival time between 2-3 weeks, depending on your location and time of the year). RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION
Refund policy
Thank you in advance for purchasing our product! We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Due to our products being handmade, all sales items are final and non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, you will received a email notification acknowledging return received. You will also get a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days depending on your banking institution and original method of payment.

Blomst decor policy lasts 30 days. Please note purchased items after 30 days have gone, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Blomst decor, Geršakova ulica 22, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that Blomst decor is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
